Never again! The worst haircut I've received in at least 35 years. I called and left a message for the owner, Gracy, and of course she didn't return my call. I've been going to this shop for over 20 years. I've gotten a handful of bad haircuts but this one was by far the worst. I'll be looking for a new barbershop for sure after this experience.

The previous review says a lot more about the reviewer than it does about the stylist. I have found Rosa to be a great stylist and enjoyable to talk with. She speaks very good English with a bit of an accent but she and I understand each other very well. She always asks what I want, listens carefully, then shows me what she is doing as she works. It comes out the way I wanted. As she is working we talk about her children, my grandchildren, school, church.... I don't have a bit of trouble following her. I'm glad that Rosa is part of our community and I am glad to have her around to take care of my hair.

This is the absolute WORST place to get a haircut; child or adult. I had both of my children's hair cut here this past weekend, first time ever for my children ever being there. We had a hair stylist named Rosa that barely speaks any English cut my older child's hair, with SPECIFIC instructions on how to cut his hair #2 on the sides with finger length on top. My youngest and husband had Monica, who is unable to understand how to cut hair either. My oldest who has had the same haircut for years, now has a buzz cut... with the only explanation of "he moved to much"... so that translates to you now to shave my child's hair. He has never moved to require a hair cut of that stature. My husband who has a similar cut to my oldest now has a buzz cut as well.... explain that. My youngest whom has never stepped foot in that building said they didn't want to cut his hair because they have had problems with him previously. So they cut random parts of his hair to make it look like a haircut of some sort. When calling the cooperate number; they made every excuse in the book other than to remedy the issue or refund the money we spent. He stated; "would that just make you happy to have your money back!?" No one ever apologized or were even remotely considerate... I advise no one that values their money or their hair to step foot in this building.
